In the last few months, I have been, unintentionally, accepting boredom. I cut down my time on social media and other things, I felt, I was distracted instead of listening to my thoughts. I didn’t do this after reading an article or watching a video. But I experienced a few changes:

- My mind started wandering
- I was questioning things a lot more
- I was structuring my thoughts better
- I was listening better(I hope so :P — got this as feedback)
- I valued time and energy a lot more
